Freedom

My hope is that someday everyone will realize we are not different but instead
One of the same.

Money is only a means by which certain groups create a division.
Power is only a means by which certain groups control a division.
Religion and politics are institutions used to create and control divisions.

Our foundation is the same,
Our outside layer is not a divider, but only a costume,
Decorated in various shapes, colors, and sizes; yet,it's only a covering.
Our vulnerabilities lay hidden inside, like expensive jewels,
Just waiting to be embraced.
It's our vulnerabilities which makes us human -- our interwoven thread.

Love, Family, Understanding; these are connections,
Everyone bleeds red blood
Everyone feels pain and sorrow
Everyone has been created by one creator, although known by different names.

Everyone has the right to be heard,

Everyone has the right to freedom.
